Is Col 70 Sector still permit locked?

Yes. Got locked behind it at Barnards Loop but eventually found my way out via the witchhead nebula. Which incidently is a lovely view.

Hmm, wanted to have a look there as well. Close to finishing the book ED: Premonition (recommendation!) lots of interesting places I want to visit afterwards - COL 70 is one of them.

Is it possible that there is one star system within the entire COL 70 sector that does not have a permit lock and in fact that is where the next piece to the puzzle is? FD have had this entire sector locked out for a very long time, surely if they were going to do something with it they would have done it by now?
