So I saw the notice that there will be an extended tick downtime at a minimum of 3hrs on Thurs 3/13 which is fine. But (maybe I missed it) will the system colonization be restarted at the end of that? I didn't see anything that explicitly said that it would be restarted. I only ask as I'm in PST which is UTC -8. So assuming server downtime starts at 0800 UTC that's midnight where I am. I have a system I'd like to colonize and I'm happy to wait till 4am to do it, but I'd really like to know if that wait will be worth it?? I also have to work in the morning lol.
Is colonization getting un-paused after extended Downtime on 3/13/25, YES or NO?

Don't make plans around announced downtimes, they can and do run over quite often. Which then results in threads that say "I put off my grandmothers funeral to play this game, now she is staring disappointingly at me each time I open the fridge. Why did FDev make my grandmother disappointed in me?".
I haven't seen anything about restarting colonisation as yet.

With the flurry of activity over colonization that got us into this debacle my primary concern was being 'johnny-on-the-spot' when it goes live so I can plant my flag in the sys I referred to as I'm sure everyone who doesn't already have one has been scouring the bubble looking for somewhere to build for the last week. I should just call in sick or set my alarm for 3am PST.. yikes.
