Is Elite playable on low-end laptops?

Is Elite playable on low-end laptops?
Namely, those with Intel Core i3-7020U / AMD Ryzen 3 2200U CPU and radeon 530/535 or Geforce mx 110?
FullHD resolution.

Short answer no.
£700 Dell G3 with Nvidea GTX 1550 4Gb GPU popped after 3 hours with Windows Update in low resolution.
£1000 MSI GL63 with Nvidea GTX 1660 6Gb GPU plays good in medium resolution. +100hrs and still going good.

cheap laptop with higher end graphics doesn’t work or last. have to go for a good gamers laptop with cooling.
have learnt the hard way. look for Turing graphics card or the nv 1660+. they are built with cooling in mind.

hope this helps!

Guess I'll have to clarify the term "playable".
Nvidia GTX 1660 6Gb - I have RX570 8G on my main gaming rig) My big 25 sm cooler located on the side plate of the case works well to cool my PC =).
So, I want to know if it is possible lo play on LOW (or any) graphics settings on a LOW-END laptop.

That is definitely pushing the bottom of the barrel a bit. It can be playable on just about anything DX 11 capable that doesn't have the word Intel in the title. Just don't expect 1080p resolutions.

It plays just fine on medium/high settings on my lappy and it isn't exactly high end either.

Hey!
In case you missed it, https://support.frontier.co.uk/kb/faq.php?id=227.
So:
  • Your CPUs should work, but will struggle. Yes, technically they're both 'quad core' (well, 2 + SMT) and they're both >2 GHz; and this is Frontier's minimum. The fan noise might drive you insane, though, especially in a laptop.
  • GPUs:
    • GeForce MX110 - well, it's rated up to DirectX 12, but appears to share system memory, so as long as it's got at least 1 GB, preferably 2 GB to itself (??), it could, might, perhaps, possibly, just about (with a ton of salt) work... maybe? In fairness, though, it would be a bit like entering a wheelbarrow into Formula One.
    • Radeon 530/535 - see above.
    • ED at full HD would be a BIG ASK for either of these GPUs. Actually, most things would be quite a big ask for them.
The only way to really find out is try - and if it all goes t*ts up, head on out and grab yourself something equipped with a GTX 1660 (or better) and at least 8GB RAM. Oh, and avoid Celery, sorry, Celeron.
Good luck, Commander!
