fix the background texture layers? They havent been right since Beyond, and i reported it PROMPTLY!!!

The background doesnt load completely, leaving the galaxy backdrop looking like broken glass.

It doesn't sound like something I experience.

i have plenty, but they are from ps4... dunno how to transfer them to a post

You mean the skybox showing strange star forrnations (square box of stars) and just an incomplete star box?

no, i mean the sky being JUST black with stars... and the TEXTURE layer only loading in a broken glass pattern

Pictures would help. Even if it's a bug unless you can show what it is then it'll be difficult to help.

Google is your friend. I just looked and if you have a USB you can transfer them to you PC

Also you can upload them to Facebook (if you have it) privately and then share them here

I created one (it's free) just for ED, and then set up my PS4 to directly send screenshots to it. From there you can right-click on picture, copy image location, and use that to insert an image into a forum post.

On my Lenovo Y700 I have a Nvidia GeForceGTX 960 graphics chip and Elite works absolutely brilliantly. I'm fairly sure your PS4 would be quite a bit more powerful so I think it does sound like some kind of PS4 bug or on your system?

Did you try the old fashioned uninstall and re-install? Could be an easy fix? Save your game data on a USB first! Does the console version allow you to adjust the video settings, could be worth a try?

Now I've had a look, there have been a few reports. But not many (barely double figures). All you can do is bug report and wait. It would seem like this is affecting a very small amount of people.

Also all I've tried to do is help and you seem to be very defensive and come across vague. Please explain better in your OP about what platform and if someone asks about uploading pictures and you don't want to answer them anymore, then update your OP

Let's see if I'll manage to post a picture... EDIT: woohoo, I'm truly a master of internets.

Anyway, I took this screenshot near Barnard's Loop a few days ago. Is this what you're talking about? I didn't even realize it's a texture bug until someone educated me in the Mobius PS4 community. It kinda looks like a blown up death star or something. Should've taken a video really, since images don't do it justice. Basically this...thing covered most of Barnard's Loop when viewed from Orion.

i did, and this occurrs on 10 different systems, in 3 different countries that im aware of
