Is Franchise cannot be deleted?

Well, I messed up one franchise I made for a test so I deleted the save file but it seems you can't delete the whole franchise that way.
Guess it's reasonable...But is there no way to completely delete the franchise already made?

I don't believe theres a way to do so, pretty much only to buy one I believe. Not that it matters anyways, since the franchise will be erased eventually.

I'm afraid you didn't quite get what I meant, and I apologize for not being clear.
I'm not looking for a beta save transfer or anything, I just want to wipe out one of my franchise I made.

You can delete your Zoo and open a new one.

Also you are able to close your Franchise anytime :)
