Is HI RES logging an intentional addition?

Despite what people say about it being repetitive, I have and still do enjoy blowing up big ships with big bounties in a asteroid field, the most annoying part though is logging in and out until you get those big ones to spawn, if this has been answered sorry but I am very curious if they meant to make you log in and out to make money in Res's, this also applies to the current rank up system of logging to get charity missions, are these new systems intentional, or a bug?

RES logging is a player developed workaround for a perceived failing in the spawn rate. I believe FD intends that you fight what the RNG spawns, or you move on to another location. This whole thing is an entitlement issue.

Isn't flying to another zone basically the same thing? Specially if the system is has multiples instances...

Yup. But the idea of switching instances until there are the desired targets is not necessarily what FD had in mind. It is what it is, I just don't understand the expectation that any instance should just cough up high value targets. And, all of the complaining about the spawn rate/values smacks of entitlement.
