Is it me or are planetary POI's just so badly implemented?

I've not visited Jamesons Cobra yet so I thought I'd head over to the HIP 12099 system and go find it, I jump over there, find the moon and drop two probes on it to map it and this is what I see:

What is "Stack"? The details of the planetary POI's are the same for all:

Nope. Nothing at all. Utterly pointless and I can't bookmark my own POI for later. Come on devs, play your own game - this is awful.

Oh yes, When in the SRV on the surface, the "Stack" POI shows up. It doesn't when in the landed ship! Why not?!

You're unusually dense today. Did you forget your cereal? It's pretty obvious he is aware he was at the wrong planet if you read his later posts. His other points are still valid.

It's not a planet but a moon. If you can't tell the difference between the two then I guess you have no choice of understanding the points I'm raising here but whatever, you do you because no one else would.
