...the influence in systems is getting more and more polarized?

I mean, it looks like the controlling factions get more and more influence while all the others lose bulks of influence for no reason.

Yes, it's you.
Actually its just the nature of the systems you are looking at, and the players that are utilising them. I haven't observed any particular change in stability.

Having said that, there are a few balancing changes from the last X months that have vanished/reverted to original with EDO. Ownership of a CNB is once more a liability unless there is a station to hand in bounties.

Certainly some rebalancing since the start of July ... some systems that does appear to give a bit of benefit to the controller, others benefiting weak secondary factions, others no systematic change at all. Will depend on general activity patterns.
