Is it normal that, suddenly, my hyperspace jumps take over 1 minute?

Not sure what's happening, are the servers overloaded? Each jump takes easily over a minute...

Servers had a hiccup yesterday evening, maybe the hamster zombies are still being reanimated.

System jumps are normal here. But in the past I've had experienced a jump, where I went on the balcony for a 5 min cigarette break and when I came back I was still in 'hyperspace'. That was a jump somewhere in the boons far away from the bubble and it did finish shortly after my break without losing connection.

A couple of days ago I had like 5sec lag on every webpage, felt like browsing the web in the early 90'. Who knows how these thing occur

Not normal but happens from time to time, usually down to load on the servers or the servers being a bit unsteady.

It used to be the case that as soon as extended jump times showed up I would expect a CTD to happen but they fixed that and now jumps can last quite some time the longest durations can end in a coloured snake.

Yeah, happens erratically, even when no other players are around.
If it becomes unbearable to you, switch to Solo, which should help.

Memories of last Decembers Cocijo event. lol It does have to do with how many jumps are being made at the same time, tons of players jumping around, increased jumps times. I think some of the longest were around 15 mins during titan Cocijo's attack on earth. So server load.
