Is it possible to change the English font to the Russian font style?

Noticed a few times in screenshots posted around forums/web that the Russian version seems to have a different font type in ED (which I quite like).

Is it possible to select this font for English users?

The upper and lower case lettering seems to be easier to read to my eyes and would like to test it out in the game (assuming its possible & would display English letters).

Huh? How do you expect to read English text written in cyrillic characters? A phonetic transliteration perhaps... Or keep Google on hand: А? Как вы ожидаете прочитать текст на английском языке, написанный на кириллице? Возможно фонетическая транслитерация ...

Actualy I am all for the implementation of cyrillic into the game. All people in Elite originated from Earth and many people on our planet speak russian. Many speak chinesse, so including thouse can also be nice. Perhaps a few systems here and there with another language thatn english, would add a nice variety. No one said, that english was agreed upon as universal human language in the future I believe .-)

There is a difference between Font (eg Russian character font) and the Style that is appied to that font.

There is a difference between Font (eg Russian character font) and the Style that is appied to that font.

Yeah what I saw on some screenshots was a lot of English lettering, albeit with Russian in there too, but I assume it still had the English char set included if my language was set to English.

I just liked the font style, that's all
