Is it possible to change the order of the missions so that you can complete either the most expensive rewards first or maybe so you can complete the nearest ones first

You can complete them in any order you want, I'm not sure what the problem is.
Well your missions is a list like any other list and like other lists you can usually change the order so for example, the nearest are at the top going to the furthest or the best rewards are at the top trending to the least rewards. Is that clearer now. I tend to work missions from nearest to farthest but it would be nice to periodically check to see which ones are the highest value without opening each and every single one separately hope that makes sense
Yep, as varonica says, there is no order.
It's a list, but it's not ordered by priority, since there isn't any. I'm not sure what the order is - chronological order of acceptance would be my guess. Not important though, you're free to do them in whatever order you want.
This. Sadly you can't sort them (like for highest reward, first to run out of time etc...)
Sorry, but this does not make things clear and has no sense.
As for me more sense has mission's "time left" value, next one is distance (you can check distances in navigation tab with "system" filter - they are ordered by distance).
Mission reward has no sense at all because I believe that you won't take mission with not acceptable reward. If mission is accepted then it is valuable. And nothing is able to change mission reward during time thus making this mission more valuable than another.
Edit after thinking couple of minutes: probably instead of "distance, reward or any other" sort order it would be nice to have priority value which is set by pilot. Same as we have in power management for modules. High priority missions are topmost in the list, completed - at the bottom.
