Is it possible to get an active shared key for development anymore? I've submitted for one, but it still says inactive.

I assume you're referencing the OAuth2 key offered to developers from https://user.frontierstore.net/? It is possible, but difficult since FDev does not seem to actively monitor requests. I understand that some commanders have had success by opening a support ticket referencing their request. GL
