Is it possible to give Elite as a gift to my brother

I've been on www.elitedangerous.com and gone through all the purchase process and I'm now ready to press "buy" on paypal... but I never saw any options to give it as a gift.... Now I wonder if I should press "buy" and don't want to be stuck with 2 copies of Elite...

Any of you were able to gift it? When can you gift it in the process?

I think you have to use a different email from your own if you want a separate copy, i would assume that you make a new email, or get your brother to use his email instead when you purchase, and then he can download the client to his own machine whenever he likes. I may be wrong, if so could someone please correct me.
