Is it possible to install the game on an other drive than c?

You can install the launcher on any drive (subject to sufficient spare capacity of course) and the game should be installed in a "Products" directory below the "EDLaunch" directory.

The installation files are apparently downloaded to the C: drive, or the installation causes the Windows swapfile to grow considerably. Once the installation is completed, the drive space is apparently cleared up. I say "apparently" because I've never experienced this issue. I have 600 GB free on my C: drive, and I've always had my swapfile and game installs on my fastest drive. My fastest drive has over 600 GB free.

My guess as to why this isn't working for you anymore is that your C: drive has been filled more since "some time ago". You need to replace your (overloaded?) C: drive with a larger one, or (temporarily?) make room for the install process. You'll have to decide which is the best option, since we have no idea what you have for used/free space.

Indeed installation files are downloaded to the c, I guess in tmp files. So you need 50GB free space anyway on c
Thanks both for your answers
