Newcomer / Intro Is it possible to see list of my or other players discoveries?

I would like to know if is it possible to see list of my or other player discoveries, because keeping statistic on the paper is super tedious !
Plus I would like to know who discovered what as well

Afraid not. Your paper list will quickly become a big pile, I use f10 to screen shot things of special interest
