Is it possible to store modules?

Sorry if this has been posted before, but as you can see this is my first post and the search function doesn't work unless you've posted twice.

Is there a way to store modules we buy and switch them out, or do we have to sell and re-buy them every time?

No ability to store modules, so sell and re-buy it is.

You can store your ship and all the modules it contains (you are offered the option to store your current ship when you buy a new one), but there is no way to store modules individually.

Oh if only you could......
Im in a type 6 trading to an Asp which will be my combat ship.

I will sell my kitted out cobra.
But, i have to keep the 6 for trading as an asp with its largest cargo loses its offensive abilities.

If i could store the cargo holds i could sell millions of credits worth of type6 to help pimp out the asp and swap about when i fancy a trade grind.
