Hi everyone, you might have seen my last past saying I will buy it in a month, but at last I managed to get it now thanks to all of the support everyone have given me, I decided its worth it, but there is 1 problem, the game works fine but I would like to know a few things, I don't understand why my ship suddenly got a 170% heat right after I left my 2nd station, I was on online play, I saw someone, I wrote to him hi, and then my ship started heating up until it exploded, later on I got onto another system, tried to dock my ship, but something kept pulling it to the wall of the station, and I had no control over it no matter how much I pushed up.

could anyone help me? its super weird.

Make sure silent running is off and rotational correction is on, its of the right hand panel and far right tab, scroll down and see if they need changing.

Okay, thanks for the reply, I think I got it, But I have 1 last question, I went to a station to dock, its an outside station (you don't need to get inside anything to land) so I got permission to land on dock 1 for example, I was sure I was on dock 1 and it was also glowing, I had my landing gear out and ready, yet I didn't got that thing that told me how to land, I needed to guess all the way through, I got it at the end but it was annoying xD anyway to fix this bug without struggling with getting in?

yeah that happens sometimes. Make sure the pad number is at the far end of the pad and the weird blast shield/set of step thing with the yellow chevron is at the front and just plonk it in the centre. its quite forgiving.

I think your heating problem could have been caused by accidentally engaging silent running, which closes the radiator vents. Probably easy to do when you're not used to the controls.

I see, thanks for all your answers guys! btw I guess I cannot just land wherever I want right? xD, I mean I got a mission in one place but when I asked to dock it said docking request denied.. Well than.. what do I do now? xD do I just wait or...?

and yeah, just bought the game a few hours ago, amazing graphics and great controls once I will get used to them!

I always use a docking computer, but sometimes it just goes wrong for no reason, also if you get denied at these stations keep spamming docking request a few times, works for me.

In beta 1.2 the docking computer is faster so you have that to look forward to.

I see! I wonder, is it denied because all of the stations are in use atm? or just for... Well realistic I guess? but yeah, after waiting a bit it worked. thanks

When you are docking at an outpost, if all the pads are in use you will get the "Docking Denied" message. You will also get this if you attempt to dock in a ship that is too bick for them to handle (ie a Type 7), or if you are not close enough (7.5).
