Am I right and this is prepayed Beta testing started?
That's why the textures and lights, reflections, postprocessing and other effects are still broken? And when I start the game I don't see my ship with the cool Azure or Chrome (or any other) paintjob, but some vehicle painted like cheap fence and the strange grey haired guy (instead of brown hair) looking at me with it's shadowless plastic look? That's why ship cockpit is like shaderless plastic with the UI infernally red and black? Terrain is like in 20years old games, SRV radar is broken to squared plates? Oh and my co-pilot - changed her hair color to luminiscent white in honour of this launch?
That's all besides that I had 100-140fps on ULTRA settings in Horizons, where everything looks gorgeous, suddenly changed in DLC (of the existing game!) to 30fps on minimum settings.

"Please note that as this is an Alpha phase, a large amount of optimisation work for the final release is yet to be completed. As with all pre-released content, please be aware that you may encounter bugs and inconsistent performance as part of your experience." FDevs.
Oh sure, now it's 20th of May. Just please inform me that it's not the release, but ongoing payed Beta testing Phase 1. That would save me from being a bit nerveous about my preordered Odyssey Deluxe, and two more Elite copies bought for my family with another two Odyssey preorders. Because I was thinking that it's my setup related "graphical issues" and "some concerns regarding performance" that you "are aware of". But the question is why it's the same crap on three different machines, with different operating systems, hardware, gpu manufacturers, and accounts?

"Removed shoulder pads from the base exploration suit" - that's the reason of all the glitches and bad performance and you removed them to fix it, right?
