The answer is no, but a more qualified one is the current transfer (from update 14) is not going to be as good or comprehensive as it was before.

I was Triple Elite on both consoles as well as PC. Will I not have that on the transferred accounts now? I wish I'd had time to do the transfer earlier, but life didn't permit that.

EDIT: Sorry, I'll read further later today before asking more questions.

We have no more info on this apart from what is stated in the article:

- copy process is on halt until Q1 2023
-when it's reintroduced it "will not be as comprehensive as before and will only copy the most essential profile data related to player progression", whatever that means in detail.
