If you liked base game a lot, and you have a rig that will manage it, yes it completely is.
If you're new, I dunno. I think it's good. I didn't jump in at launch because I wasn't in any hurry to get back to Elite and spacelegs wasn't what I wanted anyway, and especially because I had just gotten sick of playing spacelegs in other games. Then I heard the launch sentiment, so I didn't get it. All that means I can't speak to how bad it was at launch, and the subsequent reception around launch. I can tell you, though, that the entire game has been spruced up more than it was advertized or really talked about and I have found the expansion pretty nice overall. It's not a better Destiny, Halo, or COD, than Destiny, Halo, or COD. If you liked the game already, or like these games in general already, yeah I think it's pretty fair.
