Is Sagittarius A*, and the Great Annihilator for that matter, hand-made by Frontier?
I wouldn't go as far as saying hand made, the Stellar forge is a mixture of procedural and real world data. Sag A* and the Annihilator exist in our galaxy, the primary black holes probably used actual data, the other star in SagA* is more than likely procedural.
Edit - Source 2 at SagA* actually exists.

Those systems would be hand-placed and populated, but of course they then impact generation around them from the mass they're using.
