Is solving in-game mysteries through "video pixel hunting - editing" intended?

I I was merely saying that now that it is known a system for finding these items, why not have a little fun with it?:)

It would be fun for someone in FD. It would be annoying for everyone actually playing the game.

The point of the game is not for FD to have fun and for players to be annoyed.
It is for FD to make a game that we enjoy and tell people about and buy more of.

It's like a mechanic 'having some fun' by fiddling with a paying customer's car so it stops working on the way home.

I honestly don't see any good reason why they would deliberately screw over players who are investing time in their content.

MB said the trail of clues that would have been used has already been retasked for another mystery so all is not lost.

Plus he said finding them is just the first step in the puzzle.

I don't personally mind the mega thread. I find the hype and excitement infectious :)

I can't really think of a way that would involve the whole community in game. It would always spill out to forums/discord for discussion.

Edit: What is a GM?

GM is a Game master. The one who plots the story and gives the players puzzles to solve and progress.

And, as you said, I also do believe there's still much more to be discovered, and I'm still excited
