Is support taking 2+ weeks to respond to tickets?

I have an ongoing query/discussion with Frontier which I'm not really going to share the details of but initially one of the tickets I logged took 20+ days to get a reply which I can understand given the nature of the ticket so not even an issue. I had also written to Frontier via recorded post. I made a follow up reply in my first ticket which has had no response 26 days later. I've since filed a couple of support tickets but nothing seems to be showing up in terms of the ticket being picked up and replied too. Not wanting to moan and complain it would be nice to know other peoples experience on this one. I've spent a great deal of my career working in ticket based support environments and I'm aware there are some SLAs and agreements for these sorts of things. As someone with neurodiverse conditions it can be stressful not knowing if its going to be read ha.

On one hand it would be really good if they had quick customer service and responded to tickets fast.

On the other hand, I can understand that especially since the increase in active players over the last year their support team might be overworked.

for me i always had a fairly quick resonse from FD since day one game launch 2014 (a few days a week bieng the longest methinks..............
one must ist ensure they got the automated e mail response informing you they got the ticket which should be almost instantanious
i always switch to a DEFAULT set edge browser to do that as i have had issues in the past where they were not sent via crome🤷‍♂️
no auto e mail response alerted me to that fact.............
support viking(y) was the last one regarding an outpost not being built which was resolved via the next patch which asked if my issue was resolved ,which it was
so in my experience they have been excellent
i dont bother them about kmown issues some bugs are just not there cup of co co........i also am under no iluusions about how crap piggyback gaming on an inherintly unstable peer to peer ecs amazon shopping network can be in multiplayer instances which cannot be resolved witout switching to a more expensive stable central server enviroment period.
i imagine they have a bit of a stay stumm policy on that or bugs that WILL arise from a peer to peer network.........
my one gripe is that the servers have always been just about coping and not delivering a rich multiplayer enviroment like planetside 2 who manage to run an expensive centralized server not bad for a free game but it does have a bit of a pay to win srtucture about it so it is far from perfect itself but thats another matter entirely IE they gota pay for that expensive centralized server system somehow...............
