Is the any youtube\browser overlay?

Hi,
can somebody advice working plugin to watch youtube in vr during ED gameplay. I usually do non-combat activities and it would be great addition to, sometimes, boring exploration.
I tried several with horizon client, but game suffer from significant FPS drops. Odyssey is even more demanding.

I use WMR headset.

My experience is that none of the usual suspects like OVRDrop or OVR Toolkit work very well in the WMR environment. Both either behave unpredictably (moving windows around or changing the contents) or tank the performance. In fact all SteamVR overlays (like the fpsVR one) kill performance in WMR for me, especially in Odyssey.

These days I use the inbuilt WMR mechanics to pin a window, usually a desktop window showing the browser. You need to press the windows key (or windows button on the controller) and select "Desktop". Yes, the big blue border is annoying, you can only open one window, and the minimum size is fairly large, but that's how it is. Pinning app windows doesn't really work for me; either they change size randomly or they stay blank. So, if I need a pinned window I usually pin the desktop.

I switch off automatic desktop switching and move the Elite window to the desktop that's not shown, and a tool to keep window focus on ED. For Odyssey, where ED needs exclusive mouse control, I switch the input from WMR to the desktop via Win+Y.

As I said, the SteamVR overlay tools don't really work for me in WMR, and the WMR method is... meh. I miss having multiple windows pinned (like the EDMC), this worked very well in the Oculus environment.
