I keep seeing all these planets being terraformed, and all these uninhabited systems in and around the bubble and was wondering, does Frontier add stations in the game every now and then, or not? I know the did develop Colonia a lot, and also they add remote stations in far away systems for explorers, but what about the bubble, does it more or less stay the same or does it change over time (besides the BGS thing I mean)?
Is the bubble expanding, or is it more or less stable?

Yes, a lot of systems have become populated / stations added since launch.
Besides colonia, a load of stations around Maia area too and some others elsewhere I am pretty sure including in the bubble.
FDev add them manually though usually as part of storylines, doesn't happen automatically.
