I have been to several stations in a system and it always shows blank. Tried logging in and out, open, solo and restarting the game but nothing helps. I am in 78 URSAE MAJORIS at the moment.

the farer you are from systems most occuped by players then less missions in bulletin you get and less variation of missions [ eg. lave systems and imperial systems 200yl below] , lot of no bulettins missions are on edge systems
