Is the commodity search bugged

I was searching for landmines a ground installation showed up but it had none even when it had the marker saying it had.
Then I Went to Capo and landed at bigdicks installation and it had landmines even though there was no marker in the galaxy map indicating it had!?

It does not work at all for me on XBOX. I get no results at all, ever, even when sitting in a station where I just bought the commodity. I have also seen bug reports of it giving out false information.

I was also annoyed to see that it requires the player to have visited a given system before info can be obtained. If I have been there before then I already know what they sell! Sigh.

I guess we must still rely on EDDB for everything. Sad.

Since about a week I saw strange things with the new Trade feature. Mainly Commodities showing up as "Exported" into wrong Economies (Nerve Agents into Extraction) or clearly Exported ones not showing up (i.e. Gold not listed despite the Target Economy had good demand for it).

Seems something went out of bounds there...
