Is the game extremely slow for you?

Jumps (transit screen) taking 3-4 times longer.
When dropping to normal space to access a station, you boost on arrival and there is a noticeable 'lag' before the boost 'boom' happens and your ship moves off.

Loading screens are longer than usual, but also drops, reloads, supercruise, even toggling the SRV turret... The whole game is lagging somehow. Is it a general issue or should I check my connection?
Re: Checking your connection, suggest 'No', why? we have a team of 4 and all of us are experiencing what you highlight, and we have a motley collection of super fast broadband (+/- 300 MB). o7

I've been having extended ship jump times for the last maybe week or so pretty consistently. Longer carrier jump times (than the minimum 15-16mins) has become more common than minimum jump times for months now (I don't jump the carrier often but when I do i do several back to back).

I think the sound bug on entering a station/carrier instance is unrelated & has been around for a while.

Extended ship jump times suggests a networking issue with the game waiting for info from the server, it doesn't seem to be related to weather or time of day (unlike the carrier jumps where time of day makes a difference & suggests delays are related to player traffic) so I'm thinking it might be some security (firewall, virus scan etc) feature causing the delay. I only noticed the extended ship jumps after installing the Win11 24H2 update but that could be coincidence.

I don't think there's anything we can do at our end.
