For everything up till now I have used my Hotas controller first a Thrustmaster X and the last year a Logitech X56. Since installing Odyssey I bound the on foot settings to my keyboard and mouse from a You Tube tutorial, they work fine but I find using the kb&m tedious to be honest. After reading a post at the forums here on someone using a gamepad for the SRV along side their hotas for the ship controls I thought that was a good idea so I bought a Logitech F310 gamepad thinking it would be okay with my Logitech X56 but after installing and calibrating it I get no reaction from the F310 at all.
I did a search this morning in regards to this and found very little about the F310 and ED but did come across this recent article from FD https://customersupport.frontier.co...ller-supported-by-Elite-Dangerous-on-Windows- which made me think maybe I wasted my money buying the F310. Does anyone know if using the F310 for the on foot settings in Odyssey is doable?.
