Is the LTT 9455 to LTT 9360 still a good passenger loop?

As title, I'm currently doing the Ceos > Sothis loop, but I hear that LTT 9455 > LTT 9360 is/was good. But post I found is old, and while Sothis is still good, wanna check if anyone knows about LTT, if it's good and what a small Dolphin pilot could make while trying to save for a bigger ship.

Also, is it worth stopping off for the Orca on the way to the Beluga, or should I keep running with the Dolphin til I get enough? I mean, 48mil, plus outfitting (less if I go to a discounted system) is a pretty large chunk of the 84+mil I need for Beluga. But with a bigger ship comes bigger/better/more missions, so can I make back the cost an Orca, and more, in the same time it would take me to finish the gap between 48 < 84mil to skip straight to the Beluga class with the Dolphin?

No idea. But try Robigo (Mines) - Sothis runs, they still pay very well. Think better than your route.

You need medium ship like Pythoon with 3A shield and rest economic passenger cabins.

Makes me 20-25 mil per about 10 min run (jump, jump, jump, scan beacon, return, repeat). Very easy to do while watching tv or doing some other stuff like reading forums from laptop.
Local security does not scan you but rarely if at all (maybe I just have such good reputation?) for illegal passengers, and bounty hunters after them are very rarely trying to intercept/scan you.

To be honest, no mate. To start with the supercruise trip is 1.5million light seconds.
But they nerfed the high paying passenger missions from there, to 9360, as it was exploitable. As far as I'm aware, the Sothis ceos run is better as it's quicker, and the mission payout is better on aggregate, because of the number of missions per hour etc.

You will be bored off your face doing the 9360 run, I promise you that. The pay isn't much more than elsewhere. Sorry mate, but best to ask first!

Ps - forgot about robigo - also good.

- if you don't take a bunch of luxury class missions (and those are rare), you could think about up- and sidegrading: dolphin (-> t6) -> t7 (large pad, "cheap"!) -> python.

orca is an interesting ship though - but just for passengers, i wouldn't buy one. great for ramming derbies, interesting miner, fine explorer ...

Yup, as goemon says, the pax ships really aren't good at much beyond pax running, apart from comedy builds (thinking of the Battluga). I'd follow the progress our man suggests, but keep a medium with the large t7, so you have the option depending on destination station type, whilst heading to the python. It's a great medium ship with a bigass hold and does lots of pax missions. I use a conda, but I realize you're new, so not trying to rush you, just suggesting a progression, or at least backing up what goemon says.

The beauty of the ships in this progression, is their multipurpose nature, especially when you can reach the python.

Yea, the all-rounders are great, but I prefer to specialise in any given task so if I got a choice of "XXX can do the job, but YYY is built for the job" I'm taking YYY. :D :D

i can fully respect that! in that case - get an orca, don't engineer the modules you can't switch to the beluga, and sell it later - if you don't fell in love with the boost sound!

Haha, yea, already got the bigger ones on my other accnt, and I recall having a nice chuckle at it back in the day. Can't compare to some other people, only got 222 hours on my steam account, but I got good fighter, passenger, transport/mining and exploration vessels on that one, but playing solo here, and exclusively with a mate over there, and he took a break until odyssey comes out, so when it opened on Epic I jumped on that straight away. (well, soon as I noticed, and glad I did, have a habit of forgetting to check Epic's freebies :ROFLMAO: )

Sorry OP you are 3 years late to the smeaton party.
And the only thing exploitable in that loop was watching 110 episode of your favorite series.
:D
