Is the Mandalay Stellar loadout pre-engineered, or any other advantage over just buying a loadout with credits?

I'm debating whether to get the Standard or Stellar Mandalay. Most of the Stellar bundle doesn't appeal to me (I don't like the paint job or the thunder kit), I have plenty of credits to buy modules, but if the Stellar includes a bunch of pre-engineered modules then maybe that would be worth more to me?

I assume it's just a regular loadout of regular modules, that I wouldn't benefit from because I would alter and improve, add engineering, etc, same as if I started with a blank slate, but I wanted to ask if there's anything cool I might not know about. The Elite Store is very light on details!

Hi all, Can anyone tell me what the Mandalay prebuild loadout specs are ? The "Deep Space Exploration Loadout" referred to on the store doesn't actually list what the modules are. I assume A or D rated for the cores, but ... Thanks
