Is the new station there, yet?

Just looked in my task list and found that the new community goal station is out in Hip 101110. But is it actually there? From beta the stations move during updates, so should I wait until the next one to visit?

That would be a bit fast... one week to built a station that's ready to move?
I was hoping for at least a month or two of "stages" with more community goals.
