Sorry if this has already been addressed, but I am finding a lot of conflicting information on the web. A simple yes/no will suffice as I am not looking for a detailed explanation.
I am Allied with the Empire and hold the rank of Prince, I am also Allied with the Federation and hold the rank of Warrant Officer – don’t tell my friends... It is kind of a dirty little secret
In any event I wanted to get a FDS to turn it into a mining vessel as honestly I think it is the only real use for it at the moment, but I need to be the rank of Ensign. I do not want to however waste my time grinding rank if the system is not working. I am looking to take a break from Bounty Hunting, Combat Zones and Pirating the Feds - I figured why not pull my eyes out mining.
