Is the Thargoid presence actually on the outer rim ? A consideration

Im currently working on mapping / checking the leamae nebula before i head further out from jaques, any assistance in checking systems in and around this and the dryooe nebulas would be helpful for those at colonia ( 1-3kly out) a nice little trip for those around there, return data to jaques station in colonia
Recent discovery today of organic (non barnacle) more coral like structures in colonia 3a is a sign there is stuff in deeper space now to find, we need locations of this, volcanic vents, geysers etc.
And then further out towards the rim for those who are longer explorers

with the discovery of alien organic basic life in several regions now, the rush will be on to claim credit, but i think deep space still offers things we havent yet seen

Heres a thought if there is an inspace thargoids scoutship or mothership to find in the galaxy, it would stand to reason it would if its actualy flying be in space ( crashed ones on planets to be sure)
And it should also be a signal source which puts it around jaques or less than 10k LY from sol ( unless theres a hidden region somewhere in deep space)

This topic got me dreaming about a hidden jumpgate, that will fly your ship to Andromeda galaxy, from whicht the Thargoids originate 
Imagine, that the whole second galaxy is already in the game code and you can somehow jump there, only to become so lonely, that your only quest in the Andromeda would be finding a way back home
Thargoids are for me part of future stories in ED and will appear when Fdevs believe, that the time is right. The only clue that points to a possible discovery now is "something somewhere in the Formidine rift"

The wormhole generators and interdimensional drives are the thargoid rumours, as is raxxla (ties in with the formidine rift) its ingame still hasnt been found though. Its another part of the mystery, but we shouldnt just restrict our search to the rift area as theres the other 90% of the outer rim to investigate
