Hi I've parked my conda up in my (for now) home station ,I bought a cobra so I could land on outposts to claim some bounty's , I'd forgot how good it was to fly a small ship so I started to do the bulletin board stuff mostly smuggling for this faction , The faction in my home system was also in the another system and I was going from one system to the other nicely until they gave me a stop the smugglers in my home system ,scanned him he was wanted , it said he's part of mission, now I'm wanted (6d 23h 12m) by the same faction that gave me the mission and can't get in my station to pay the bounty or get my other ship, Question is there nothing I can do ? will I be able to get in the station after the time goes ,does anybody no where I can get some red matter so I can really mess this system up :)

First, are you SURE you can't dock? I've docked in stations where I'm wanted, and haven't been turned away.

Second, if they do blow you up before you can dock, you'll pay off your bounty as it is added to your rebuy cost.

Third, it's likely that he wasn't wanted... the use of red text for "Mission Target" tricks people into thinking they're seeing "Wanted"

Sneak in, get docked and buy a Suicidewinder. Take off, get destroyed, pay off your bounty along with the insurance for the Suicidewinder.

You must dock at a station where your bounty is held for this to work, otherwise you will respawn at your previous port-of-call.
