I tried searching for this and couldn’t find any relevant info. It’s not on the issue tracker, either.
I’ve been poking around Eol Prou PC-K c9-91 in Colonia, which is home to one of the starports constructed in the Archon Delaine CG a few months ago.
I noticed that none of the minor factions seem to be triggering wars or elections with each other, even though they are consistently matching their influence levels and over the 7% minimum to do so.
If Inara is to be believed, the only exception seems to be invasions. There was a war triggered by an invasion in late July. So if there is a lock, it’s not a total lock like Sol or Shinrata Dezhra.

I’m not a BGS expert, nor do I support any of the factions in the system. I just found it curious and was wondering if any experts could verify what I’m seeing.
If there is a BGS lock of some kind, I wonder if it’s a bug or unintentional.
