Looks like the wet dream of a Trader come true. Dayum!
I hope not. This system is very close to home base, so I've got to ease HIP 116663 Industries out to make room for another democracy (whether they want it or not). Random traders are the last thing I need.
I know two more guests with certain proclivities might be more fun, but it's Elections all the way to get the result I want. The population will choose the right course of action or a red rider will be invited to play.
Why? This means more trade opportunities or do they just pay better?
You can supply Basic Meds to a faction in Outbreak at vastly inflated prices - just like running your own personal black market as you exploit people in need.
But that's the way the galaxy works.
