Is there a good soul out there who can help me with the DK2?

Like the title says, I am in dire need of help.
Can anyone give me detailed instructions to get the DK2 running
in Extended mode? So many demos I wanna try but cant.
I just am not getting how to do it.

Install runtime 0.5
Turn off pc
Connect dk2
Turn on pc
In win, lower right corner, oculus Icon, right click, set up ur oculus, try demo scene, set rift to extended mode
