I'm currently building on Isla Nublar (1993) and due to the relatively small Amount of Space, I wonder if there's a Lagoon Animal that needs almost no Space
Is there a Lagoon Animal that needs only one Lagoon Piece of Space?

Hmmm...
Technically speaking, I do not think there is one that needs a single lagoon piece. I find the 3 piece lagoons shaped like a triangle roomy for the aquatics but still small enough for my parks, you could even house the tylosaurus without any issue with this setup.
I thiiiiiiiiiink you could house at least a single humble ichthyosaur, but they need friends to be comfortable, so that would defeat the purpose.
Worse case scenario, if you really want to use a single lagoon, you could adjust a sandbox setting to make the animals always comfortable, so housing in a single lagoon would be possible at the expense of losing the gameplay of making sure your animals are happy in their enclosure.
