Hello, so in my short career as a bounty hunter a lot of the ships I've been blowing up have been dumping cargo just before they died (not sure what good they thought that would do 
). As a result the nav point I camp is becoming a debris field of random goods that are all going to waste. I know of one black market in my sector but it's on a large station with lots of security around it and I practiced trying to sneak by them while empty but most of the time ended up getting scanned anyway.
Where could I find black market hubs in low security areas or maybe on small outposts that don't normally have security? If there is already a database of these someone a link would be much appreciated.
