Is there a list of Unlisted Bases? If not, lets make one.

Which reminds me;

Heisenburg, Schrodinger and Ohm were driving along in a car and get pulled over by the police. The officer asks, Heisenburg, who was driving, "do you know how fast you were going." He said no, but I know where we are! The cop says, "you were doing 55 in a 35 zone. Heisenburg throws up his hand with disgust, "great, now we're lost! The officer makes them pop the boot to check for drugs and says "do you know you have a dead cat in the boot?" From the passenger seat Schrodigner yells out, "Just great, now you've killed my cat. The officer has had enough by now and arrests them, Ohm resists!

But that's dangerous, examining the list would collapse the probability bubble and what if it collapsed the wrong way? Poof...there goes the station! So I suggest we have a list, but nobody is allowed to look at it.
If it was infinitely improbable, it would appear on every list in the universe at the same time. (This is just getting silly...)
