I understand the faction locks on Federal and Imperial ships and the region locks on the Alliance ships, but the Mamba is in a similar class as the FDL. It's a racer. Colonia has a place to get the Krait Phantom but none that I can see for the Mamba. I've checked the shipyards that have the Kraits and FDL with no luck.
We've got plenty of cash out here and we certainly pay more for darn near everything, so what's the deal with not having THIS ship out here? I'm not going to slog all the way out and back to the bubble for one lousy ship.
