Is there a region with Federation, Empire and Aliance?

I am at the border between Federation and Empire Space.

When I do bounty hunting I collect bounty for all 3 Fractions. The next Aliance System seems to be 100 Ly away so too far for me for just a pay out visit.
Is there a region somewhere where all 3 are present? I guess that would also be an interesting confligt place.

If the influnce system worked I would try to create an aliance System close there.

I found a system with an anarchy, federation, and empire station within 60 LY of Lave. It's not perfect, but 60 Ly isn't too bad and I only make the trip when I have around 100k of bounty to collect there.
