Is there a setting for manipulating terrain through barriers?

How have you been playing without that option all this time?! It must have been so annoying.
You have to disable limitation of animal movement. I don't know the exact wording in English, it is the option below disable terrain collision.
It has been...absurdly annoying.
I remember hearing about the option somewhere before; does it interfere with anything else?
I think it affects barriers and enrichment items if I remember well.

Didn't think it would be this Option. Had it activated when it was added to the Game but then I needed to reinstall Windows/change the Hard Drive which of course caused it to no longer be activated and I've tried so many Options when I needed it once. So thanks a lot for the Help
