Is there a way I can sell an ship to somone?

Nope.

You can drop cargo for her to pick up, but it'll take a while. Easier for you to do wing missions together or you solo them then have her join your wing and accept the mission before you cash it in.

If there was, I'd have given away mt 1bil fully engineered Corvette to my friend for only 1 credit

I had a couple of sessions with my son.

Him in a Sidey out the back of Ackerman Market in Eravate.
Me dumping Palladium, him scooping by hand the first while.

Not bad flying skills the lad.
Zero interest in the game unfortunately. Likes Overwatch, and endless YouTube. SCP theories.

Once we got him into something with a bit of cargo space and some collector limpets, we ran out of Palladium and used something local and expensive. Tea? Meat?
Can't remember.

Then to Wolf 406 - Hamilton Gateway to buy a DBX with 20% discount.

These days I would send him on the Road To Riches (tm).

Back then he had to do the Old World Rares Run.

Like I say - good skills, zero interest.

Take on a well paying Wing mission - get it to the point just before completion - ask your wife to form a Wing with you - complete mission - profit.

No. There is no way to trade anything in elite dangerous other then kicking cargo. This game is a simulation where the player is not allowed to do anything but blow stuff up and move things from point a to point b. Welcome to Elite.

When FD kindly put a memorial to my sister-in-law into the game, my wife and her other sister wanted to play. So I did multicrew with them for a bit to show them some of the ropes relatively safely. We then did some wing cargo missions and eventually they were out on their own. Didn't take a terribly long time.

Live fire exercises didn't go as well, but that's a different story.
