Is there a way to contact support other than tickets? or even see if a support ticket went through

Is there a way to contact support other than tickets, or even see if a support ticket went through. I just bought this game, and I would really love to play it, but I cannot get it to work. I've tried every help guide on their website and everything I have seen on forums here, reddit, and steam with no luck.

Additionally, I've put in a support ticket, but it always looks like it doesn't go through, and there is no way to tell if it did or not. It's really quite frustrating.

If anyone has any ideas how to get the game to run, my issue is that when I open the launcher and try to log in, it says I need to purchase the game still.

More info: Bought through steam, linked steam to frontier account, there is no log with steam button, there is no log out button.

If you raised a support ticket you get an acknowledgement email (gives the ticket number in the subject) and the ticket is visible in on the site under "My Tickets" - where you can read replies (which are also emailed), give more information / chivvy them up, etc. If you have not received an acknowledgement email and can't see your ticket in "My Tickets" then you either submitted a bug report (no email nor is it a ticket - no feedback to you at all) or the ticket didn't get created - probably due to a captcha issue.
