Is there a way to load an earlier save in franchise mode?

My game froze and wouldn't properly crash, so I had to force kill the program from the task manager. Now when I try to resume the franchise zoo that froze, the game crashes on the loading screen. I have been able to load a second saved franchise zoo successfully, so it's definitely something wrong with my first zoo.
I tried "loading" the zoo from the "my zoos" tab, but as far as I can tell there's no way to actually load an earlier save? There are several saves available, including an autosave, but the options on each are "'go to franchise" and "delete"; no matter which save I pick, "go to franchise" simply takes me back to the regular franchise loading tab and attempts to resume at the same place that keeps crashing.
Am I missing something obvious? Does anyone have any ideas on how to restore an earlier stable save? If not, I'm going to have to start all over...:cry:

Its dead. The current franchise mode is online only, meaning that if stuff like that happens, it saves automatically to the sever. You'll need to build another zoo.

Yeah, I hate it when my games do stuff like this as well. I remember having a virus on my computer, and having to start everything over after wiping it. This glitch should be fixed in the final release, and I mean, the beta won't transfer to the final game anyways. Hope that this doesn't happen to you again, and that your lions are successful with their breeding!

Edit: did you try hitting the franchise mode button, and going to the zoo through that, instead of the saves?

Oof, yeah that's the worst. I did report the glitch on the issue tracker, so that should help. I am super thankful I hadn't actually transferred my lion out of the trading center, so I won't lose her, but starting a new zoo is setting me back 100 CC, plus I was about to trade several high quality animals I bred so I could afford a decent male lion :ROFLMAO: oh well, I knew these things could happen!
And yes, I tried all the different ways to enter it (resume button, franchise mode button, save buttons), that zoo just wouldn't load no matter what :(
