Is there a Way to make social Interactions more likely to happen?

I need a Screenshot of a Penguin Chick getting fed by its Parent for a Sign but in my whole Penguin Colony with 553 Birds I didn't see it once since I've started to search for it. Is there some Way to make it more likely to happen? Also do the Penguin Chicks get Nutrition from this Interaction? If that's the Case maybe I could place more Feeders in the Ocean so the Keepers will stop putting Food on Land
