Is there a way to set my carrier to allow ALD or Empire pledged folks access?

I can't find any setting to let other ALD or Empire pledged folks access to my carrier (kind of like the squadron thing). Is there something that would allow that other than opening it to everyone? If not, maybe FD would consider adding that?

With PP2 being a thing, it seems that it would make sense

I may surprise you, but the Power doesn't even have its own paint for ships. Although on maps, etc., each Power has its own color.
