Is there a way to show a list of stars / planets that you've discovered?

I've been wondering if any of the planets I've scanned pre-1.1 patch have been discovered by me. I can't find a way to check, and I remember reading in the patchnotes that planet discovery allocation is retroactive too. Is it a case of manually flying to systems you've visited and scanned in the past, and checking the system map for your name?

If you've been to the system you'll be able to access the system map remotely from the galaxy map and check the suns and planets for discovery credits, although it's a bit tedious I admit.
